Glossary of Terms

NFT (Non-Fungible Token)

A type of digital asset that represents ownership or proof of authenticity of a unique item or piece of content, stored on a blockchain.

Blockchain

A distributed ledger technology that records transactions across multiple computers in a secure and transparent manner, providing a tamper-proof record of data.

Metaverse

A collective virtual shared space that encompasses virtual reality, augmented reality, and the internet, where users can interact with each other and digital objects in real-time.

Native Coin

A cryptocurrency issued by a specific blockchain platform or ecosystem, used for transactions, incentives, and governance within that ecosystem.

Avatar
